30-day money-back guarantee
Quotealy, operated by Quotealy Inc., offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your initial order date.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@quotealy.com from the email address you used at checkout, with the date of purchase and the plan you subscribed to. We process eligible refund requests within 5 business days. Funds typically return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing screen inside the app, which opens the secure billing portal. After cancellation you will retain access until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again.
Renewals after the refund window
Recurring renewal charges that occur after the initial 30-day window are non-refundable by default. We will, however, consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis — please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
How payments appear on your statement
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card or bank statement may show LINK.COM* alongside our business name.
